• All course registrations require payment in advance to secure your spot.
• Prices are subject to change, but registered participants will be notified of any adjustments before payment.
• Cancellations and refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

2. Course Participation

• Participants are expected to arrive on time and adhere to class instructions for safety and an optimal learning experience.
• All ingredients and equipment are provided for in-class use. Any misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety protocols may result in removal from the course.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including recipes, techniques, and recorded content, are the intellectual property of Flavors Unleashed and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

4. Liability

Flavors Unleashed is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents that may occur during or as a result of course participation. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform the instructor of any allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Flavors Unleashed reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative class options.
